According to the Report on the evaluation of the leadership of the Party cell in implementing the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the term 2022 - 2025 presented by Comrade Nguyen Quang Lieu - Party Cell Secretary, the Party Cell of the High School of Social Sciences and Humanities currently has 10 party members. As a newly established specialized high school, from a very limited number of staff at the time of establishment (10 staff), the School has now doubled the number of staff. In addition to the number of permanent staff, the School has received significant support from a team of high-quality guest lecturers from member units of Hanoi National University and other universities.

The report stated the implementation results, limitations and summarized some key experiences in the following areas of activities: Political and ideological work; Party building work; Organizational work, cadre work; Leadership of professional work, Leadership of social and volunteer activities... The Party Cell has successfully completed the assigned tasks; well implemented the resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the term 2022 - 2025, promoting the leadership and direction role for the government, departments and mass organizations. Solidarity, high consensus on awareness and action, promoting the spirit of criticism and self-criticism in the Party Cell; Frankly and sincerely contributing ideas to build the Party Cell. Party members in the Party Cell always promote the spirit of being exemplary, positive, proactive in overcoming difficulties to successfully complete assigned tasks. Many comrades were awarded certificates of merit at all levels.
Some of the outstanding results include: The Party cell has directed the school's staff and teachers to constantly strive to overcome difficulties to achieve high achievements in teaching and learning. The teaching staff are teachers and lecturers with professional qualifications, dynamic, enthusiastic, using modern teaching methods; constantly improving the capacity and quality of education, approaching the level of advanced high schools in the region and in the world.
The training program is updated in a modern direction, suitable for both the general program of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, and the specific characteristics of social sciences and humanities, especially in the context of the fourth industrial revolution that is strongly affecting Vietnam.
The Party cell has led and directed the professional groups to focus on combining comprehensive training with specialized training, and training to develop specialized subjects. Based on the tasks and number of classes, assign tasks in accordance with the qualifications and abilities of each teacher.
In the past 5 years, students of the High School for Gifted Students in Social Sciences and Humanities have achieved some encouraging results: In the high school graduation exam, the school has always been in the leading position in Hanoi in its strong subjects. The school's students have achieved many high prizes in the National Excellent Student Exams and the High School Olympiad Exams of VNU. Students of the first and second courses of the school have all been admitted to high-ranking universities in Vietnam as well as in the region and the world.
The Congress identified the direction, tasks and key solutions for the 2025-2027 term. Accordingly, the Party Cell will strengthen political and ethical education, develop new party members; supplement teachers, create conditions for team development; improve teaching and learning quality, promote technology application; strengthen international cooperation, organize scientific seminars; promote digital transformation, build electronic bookcases.
Comrade Truong Thi Bich Hanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell presented the Collective Review Report of the Party Committee and the Report synthesizing opinions on the draft documents submitted to the Congress and the documents of the School Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030.
Delegates attending the congress presented papers on improving the quality of political and ideological education and improving professional quality in Party cells.
The Congress elected the Party Committee of the Specialized High School for the 2025-2027 term, consisting of 3 comrades: Comrade Nguyen Quang Lieu holds the position of Party Cell Secretary; Comrade Truong Thi Bich Hanh holds the position of Deputy Party Cell Secretary and Comrade Tran Thanh Viet is a Party Cell Committee member.
The Congress elected 05 official delegates and 01 alternate delegate to attend the 29th Congress of the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, term 2025-2030.

Comrade Hoang Anh Tuan - Party Secretary, Principal of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities highly appreciated the achievements of the High School for Gifted Students in the past term by identifying 05 key tasks associated with specific activities. The Party Secretary emphasized that the school continues to improve the quality of training, carry out the accreditation of training programs according to the set plan, promote the achievements to affirm the identity of the High School for Gifted Students in the context of fierce competition in higher education.
