Currently, the One VNU application includes 10 main functions, such as: (1) Updating news about the school's activities; (2) Sending new announcements from the school to students; (3) Sending and answering questions and comments from students; (4) Registering for accommodation; (5) Viewing timetables; (6) Viewing subject scores; (7) Viewing exam schedules; (8) Looking up student handbooks; (9) Looking up digital maps; (10) Looking up outpatient information; (11) Looking up one-stop administrative procedures; (12) Looking up OneVNU user manual. Accordingly, the OneVNU system will be regularly updated with new features to improve management and student support capabilities.
OneVNU application is installed and deployed from date
December 26 to December 31, 2024and will be the official channel to convey information of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU (VNU-USSH) to students from
January 2, 2025.

One VNU login account is the student code and VNU email password issued by Hanoi National University to students through the portal https://daotao.vnu.edu.vn. Students can use the map viewing and room search functions immediately after downloading the application without having to log in.
