Currently, the One VNU application has 10 main functions, such as: (1) Updating news about the School's activities, (2) Sending new announcements from the School to students; (3) Sending and answering student questions and suggestions; (4) Registering for dormitory; (5) Viewing timetables; (6) Viewing course grades; (7) Viewing exam schedules; (8) Searching for student handbooks; (9) Searching for digital maps; (10) Searching for off-campus information; (11) Searching for one-stop administrative procedures; (12) Searching for OneVNU user guide. Accordingly, the OneVNU system will be regularly updated with new features to improve management and support for students.

December 26th to December 31st, 2024and will be the official channel for transmitting information from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi (VNU-USSH) to students from
January 2nd, 2025.

The One VNU login account is the student ID and VNU email password provided to students by the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, through the portal https://daotao.vnu.edu.vn. Students can use the map viewing and accommodation search functions immediately after downloading the application without needing to log in.
