The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the recruitment for the International Exchange Program at Thammasat University, Thailand, as follows:

On the morning of April 21, the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, held its 29th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term, coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the university's founding and the 80th anniversary of the Faculty of Literature's tradition.

An exhibition of commemorative photos titled "50 Years Since the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and National Reunification" and a seminar introducing the books: "Perspectives from History: Perfecting Vietnamese Values ​​in the New Era" and "April 30, 1975 - 50 Years Looking Back" will be held on the campus of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

On April 19, 2025, at Hoa Lac, the Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) Trade Union organized the VNU Family Day 2025 with the theme "Proud to be a VNU Family". This is an annual event aimed at fostering connections among union members from member and affiliated units throughout VNU, while also promoting the green and ecological image of the VNU urban area in Hoa Lac.

In anticipation of the 50th anniversary of national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 29th Party Congress of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, term 2025-2030, the University's Trade Union Executive Committee successfully organized sports exchange activities: table tennis and football.

On April 18, 2025, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in collaboration with the KT Scholarship Fund, 20 scholarships were awarded to 20 outstanding students who overcame difficulties to excel in their studies and training. Each scholarship was worth 5 million VND.

This coming Wednesday, April 23, 2025, the Department of Art Studies, Faculty of Literature, University of Social Sciences and Humanities will organize a seminar and discussion on the film "Tunnels" and the re-creation of war memories in contemporary cinema.

The students honored with the scholarships are individuals with outstanding academic and personal achievements from the faculties/institutes of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-USSH.

On April 12-13, 2025, the Institute of Policy and Management (IPAM) of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, organized the first NoCode training course for faculty and prospective students. The program was supported by technology partners including Zoho Creator, VISIA, i3 Network Systems, and Citizen Developer – marking a practical start to the journey of popularizing technology in the social sciences and humanities.

The opportunities and challenges facing journalism in the face of the explosion of artificial intelligence were discussed from multiple perspectives at the seminar "Who are journalists? Where is journalism headed when AI is increasingly skilled at content creation?".
