This afternoon, July 9th, 2024, representatives from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, held a meeting with the Director of the Institute for International Cooperation and the Head Representative of the Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF), Federal Republic of Germany, in Vietnam to discuss cooperation in research and national report publication.

The Faculty of Tourism Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, is proud to have student Le Minh Trang (K66 Hotel Management), the only female student representative from Northern Vietnam, participating in the 19th ASEAN Youth Culture Forum and the 9th ASEAN+3 Forum in Brunei, hosted by the University of Brunei Darussalam from June 23-28.

On July 6th and 7th, 2024, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) solemnly held its graduation ceremony and awarded diplomas to nearly 1,300 new graduates. The ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Party Secretary, Rector of the University), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong (Vice Rector), along with faculty members representing the leadership of various Faculties/departments/functional offices, and especially nearly 1,300 new graduates and their numerous relatives and friends who came to celebrate and congratulate them.

Scientists with outstanding publications will receive support at a rate 1.5 to 3 times higher than the current support level applied according to Guidance No. 2622/HD-ĐHQGHN for articles and Guidance No. 2695/HD-ĐHQGHN for patent applications.

On the morning of July 1st, 2023, the Opening Ceremony of the Training Course for the Local Self-Defense Platoon of the cluster of the University of Science (US) and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH), VNU Hanoi, took place in the auditorium of the University of Science.

Both sides proposed options for scientific exchange and support for joint research on issues of mutual interest.
