The training conference was attended by Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector of the University, and leaders and specialists from the functional departments and research and training units of the University.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Duc Thuan - Head of the Personnel Department, announced the Decision to establish the Working Group to develop the "Job Position Scheme for the period 2024-2026 of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi".
In his opening remarks at the conference, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan, Rector of the University, emphasized: Following the directives of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and current regulations, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities needs to urgently complete the Job Position Plan. With its strength as a university specializing in research in social sciences, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities needs to pay special attention to the quality and quantity of personnel in its affiliated units, ensuring the rights of staff, lecturers, and students. Reviewing and restructuring job positions will lay the foundation for the University's continued development, integration into the international academic environment, and alignment with the trend of university autonomy.

Professor Hoang Anh Tuan, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, stated: "Human resources do not necessarily need to be large, but they must be sufficient in quantity and have a balanced structure – this is a condition for the University to develop in new directions."
Principal Hoang Anh Tuan instructed: The project needs to be developed consistently, in accordance with current standards - building a humane and positive image of the school.
Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh - Deputy Head of the Personnel and Organization Department, guided the units on the principles and methods of implementing the Project, specifically for each target group and the tasks that each unit needs to perform.
At the conference, opinions from various units were exchanged, discussed, and addressed in a lively and effective manner.
