On April 2nd 2018, Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh (Rector of University of Social Sciences and Humanities) and Prof. Kim Kwang Soo (President of Global CEO Research Forum, South Korea) officially signed an MOU.

Accordingly, an education and training program for international junior leaders (International Junior Leaders Education & Training - IJLET) will be set up and developed by the two sides with support from the Government of South Korea. According to this program, Korean youth would be taught Vietnamese language and culture at USSH, with USSH’s Center for Vietnamese Language and Culture serving as the conduit. USSH would be responsible for providing ideas, building appropriate curricula and teaching methods to meet the requirements and quality as prescribed by its partner.

With over half a century of teaching Vietnamese language and culture, along with experiences in holding various courses for South Korean businesses in Vietnam, USSH reaffirmed it would provide the best conditions for the implementation of this program.
