10. Summary of project results:
The results from the implementation of the project "Applying Artificial Intelligence Tools in News Production Activities at the Entertainment Department - Tri Thuc Online Magazine" have affirmed the feasibility and potential of applying artificial intelligence to news production, specifically in the entertainment field.
- The project clarified the concepts of artificial intelligence and updated the situation regarding its application in journalism worldwide and in Vietnam. Based on this, the project focused on analyzing the current situation and proposing and implementing pilot applications of artificial intelligence tools to address some bottlenecks in the production of entertainment news at the unit.
- Results from the pilot and expansion phases show that artificial intelligence tools, especially generative AI, can assist reporters in performing repetitive tasks such as news tracking, translation, information synthesis, editing, and proofreading. The selected tools demonstrate good adaptability to entertainment content.
- Regarding work efficiency, observations and feedback from participating members show that the application of artificial intelligence tools saves approximately 50% of the time spent on tasks compared to manual methods. In addition, the project not only equips participants with knowledge and skills but also demonstrates advantages with low application costs, suitable for the financial conditions of reporters at the unit.
- With the limitations that have emerged after practical implementation, the project has clarified the issues and proposed specific solutions to further improve the implementation model. The project also makes recommendations and suggestions to the unit on some short-term development activities.
11. Practical applications:
The two key implementation phases of the project "Applying Artificial Intelligence Tools in News Production at the Entertainment Department - Tri Thuc Online Magazine" have demonstrated practical applicability. The selected AI toolset has proven its ability to support reporters in performing repetitive tasks, while also showing effectiveness in terms of quality and efficiency. Participating members have shown positive changes in awareness, creativity, and flexibility in action to optimize the effectiveness of applying AI tools. Based on practical implementation, the project has become a valuable model for other content departments within the unit and other media organizations in Vietnam.

11. Summary of the findings of the project:
The outcomes of the project “Applying Artificial Intelligence Tools in News Production Activities at the Entertainment Division – Tri Thuc Online Magazine” affirms both the considerations and the potential of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into journalistic production, particularly within the entertainment domain.
- The project clarifies key concepts related to artificial intelligence while providing an updated overview of artificial intelligence adoption in journalism worldwide and in Vietnam. Building on this foundation, the project analyzes the current operational landscape and funds to propose, test, and pilot the application of artificial intelligence tools to address several bottlenecks in entertainment news production within the unit.
- Findings from both the pilot and expanded implementation phases demonstrate that artificial intelligence tools, especially generative artificial intelligence can effectively support journalists in performing repetitive tasks such as news monitoring, translation, information synthesis, editing, and proofreading. The selected tools demonstrate strong adaptability to content characteristics typical of entertainment journalism.
- In terms of operational efficiency, field observations and feedback from participating staff indicate that adopting artificial intelligence tools reduces the time required for key tasks by approximately 50% compared with manual workflows. Additionally, the project not only equips personnel with the necessary knowledge and technical skills but also highlights the advantage of low application cost, making artificial intelligence integration financially accessible for journalists in the unit.
- Based on the limitations identified during practical implementation, the project delineates the remaining challenges and proposes targeted solutions for refining the deployment model. It also offers several short-term recommendations for the unit to further develop and expand artificial intelligence driven practices.
12. Practical applicability:
- The two core implementation phases of the project “Applying Artificial Intelligence Tools in News Production Activities at the Entertainment Division - Tri Thuc Online Magazine” demonstrate the practical viability of artificial intelligence enabled workflows. The selected suite of artificial intelligence tools has proven effective in motivating journalists with repetitive tasks while simultaneously enhancing both quality and operational efficiency. Participants demonstrate positive shifts in awareness, creativity, and adaptability, enabling them to optimize the use of artificial intelligence tools in their daily work. Emerging from real-world deployment, the project has evolved into a valuable application model that may serve as a reference for other editorial departments within the organization as well as for newsrooms and media agencies across Vietnam.
