10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis provides a general overview of Buddhist missionary activities and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, affirming that, regardless of the era, for religions in general and Buddhism in particular, missionary work and propagation of the Dharma have always been central tasks with the meaning of spreading the teachings and benefiting all beings; the purpose is to bring the truth of Buddhism to everyone, contributing to the promotion of all the beautiful cultural and ethical values ​​of Buddhism in social life, building a peaceful and happy life. The current Fourth Industrial Revolution is impacting all areas of social life, and religion in general, and Buddhism in particular, is not outside this general trend.
Based on that, the thesis analyzed the current state of Buddhist missionary activities in Vietnam in the context of the impact of the 4.0 revolution to highlight the opportunities and challenges from the 4.0 industrial revolution for Buddhist missionary activities in Vietnam, the achievements and some limitations in Buddhist missionary activities in Vietnam in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution.
From there, the thesis has proposed several solutions and recommendations for the propagation of Vietnamese Buddhism in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
