Within the scope of this thesis, we only want to focus on Vietnamese language textbooks for foreigners to give readers a specific and general overview. The main purpose of this thesis is to survey and classify question-and-answer pairs in Vietnamese language textbooks for foreigners to find their basic characteristics. From there, we will build a system of question and answer types suitable for the learners' level and design lessons and textbooks. From the research results, we hope to contribute to the teaching and compilation of Vietnamese language textbooks for foreigners to gradually raise the status of the Vietnamese language.
