- Grasp in a relatively systematic way the viewpoints and concepts of theories related to terminology, specifically securities terminology as well as theories related to language comparison and translation, specifically translation from Chinese to Vietnamese. In which, the translation equivalence theory is thoroughly applied in the process of comparing and translating 1594 terms.

- Conducting the classification of Chinese-Vietnamese TNCKs surveyed from many criteria and specific perspectives such as vocabulary, phonetics, especially phrases (speech). The purpose is to grasp the usage of Chinese TNCKs, and at the same time, through the comparison process with equivalent words in Vietnamese, we can draw some rules on how to translate terms from the source language to the target language.

- Draw out the similarities and differences in the Chinese and Vietnamese securities terminology systems.

12. Practical application:

- The way to develop the topic of the thesis is logical and scientific, which is the basic premise for similar topics and research, especially the way to translate, compare and contrast the terminology system in the two languages ​​Chinese and Vietnamese.
