10. Summary of the thesis results:

Stress is a common psychological problem in today's society. It can occur at any age. One example is school stress. Pressure from family, friends, and academics is a major cause of stress for many teenagers.

Inappropriate attention from family, especially parents, also causes certain stresses for students, leading to some emotional and behavioral disorders.

In students with stress disorders, we can observe physical manifestations such as weight loss, loss of appetite, irritability, and fatigue. Psychologically, they often feel inexplicably sad and upset, lose interest in their passions, and prefer solitude. They may have distorted perceptions such as negative thoughts about themselves and life, and feel inadequate and worthless. Behaviors that may appear when angry include shouting, destruction, and fighting. Therefore, it affects their quality of life and relationships with those around them.

Thus, at the student age, children are still in the process of personality formation, their psychology is not yet stable, their adolescent emotions are impulsive, and they have not yet mastered their own behavior. If parents set excessively high expectations for their children or impose their own thoughts and plans on them, the children will feel immense pressure, and naturally, the family relationship will become more distant. Instead, parents should work with their children to set expectations that are appropriate to their abilities, give them the right to make their own decisions, allow them time to relax and rest, and avoid overwhelming them with too much work.

11. Practical applications:

Based on the results obtained from theoretical and practical research on a clinical case, this thesis presents an overview of a clinical case related to supporting a student with stress disorder. It highlights the importance of the primary caregiver in general, and the role of parents in particular, in supporting children. Based on this, it proposes appropriate intervention measures and strategies for each individual. It emphasizes the role of parental care and education in the effectiveness of interventions and therapy for behavioral and cognitive problems in children.

10. Summary of the thesis results:

Nowaday stress is a common psychological problem in society, appearing at any ages. One of these is school stress. Pressure from family, friends and school is the main cause of stress for many teenagers.

The family take care of children improperly, especially parents, which also causes them to stress and a number of emotional and behavioral disorders.

The students with stress disorders have physical manifestations such as weight loss, anorexia, irritability, fatigue. Psychologically, they always feel sad unconditionally, uninterested in their own passions, preferring to be alone. They have misconceptions such as having negative thoughts about themselves and life, always feeling inferior and worthless. When they are angry, they behave such as screaming, smashing, fighting, etc. Therefore, it affects their quality of life and relationships.

At the school age, students are still in the process of forming their personalities, their psychology is not stable, the feelings of adolescence are still effervescent and have not mastered their own acts. If parents place a requirement too high on children or imposes their own thoughts on them, applying parent's plan to the children, they will feel pressured and, of course, a relationship between parents and children becomes more distant. Instead, parents should work with their children to set expectations that match their child's abilities, provide them the right to make choices about their own decisions, give them time to relax, rest and avoid too much work.
