- Based on an overview of the employment situation for workers in Hai Phong city, this thesis clarifies the leadership process of the Hai Phong City Party Committee in addressing employment issues for workers from 2000 to 2012.
- To clarify the advantages, limitations, and causes in the leadership of the Hai Phong City Party Committee in addressing employment issues for workers. From this, to draw key lessons and propose feasible solutions to strengthen the leadership of the City Party Committee in addressing current employment issues for workers.
11. Practical applications:
Upon completion, this thesis can be used as a reference document for research on the history of Hai Phong city in general and the history of Party committees at all levels in particular.
12. Future research directions:
Continuing the research on the issue of the Hai Phong City Party Committee's leadership in addressing employment for workers by expanding the research scope in terms of time.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
- On the basis of generalization the decisions regarding the unemployment problem in Hai Phong, this thesis organizes all those decisions from the province's leaders and evaluated their management in resolving the unemployment problem for workers in Hai Phong.
- This discussion discusses all the positives and negatives of the managing process, together with the causes of al decisions and the following consequences. From there, the thesis summarizes all the necessary experiences and proposed a few potential solutions to increase the management ability of the Communist Party in Hai Phong in solving the current unemployment problems.
