- Contributing to clarifying some basic theoretical issues regarding information resources, development, organization, and exploitation of information resources.

- Research, survey, analyze, and evaluate the current situation of information resources; the development, organization, and exploitation of information resources at the Information and Library Center of the Banking Academy.

- Based on theoretical research and practical surveys, this thesis proposes several feasible solutions to effectively develop, organize, and utilize information resources at the Information and Library Center of the Banking Academy.

11. Practical applications:

- To analyze and evaluate the current state of information resources, the development, organization, and exploitation of information resources in university libraries in the economics field in general and at the Information and Library Center of the Banking Academy in particular; to share experiences with other university information and library agencies, contributing to the improvement of the development, organization, and exploitation of information resources.

- The solutions proposed in this thesis, if implemented, will contribute to improving the efficiency of developing, organizing, and exploiting information resources at the library; and contribute to improving the quality of training and scientific research at the Banking Academy when training under the credit-based system.

12. Future research directions:

Researching standards for evaluating information resources; developing policies for information resource development; and establishing models for sharing, supplementing, and coordinating information resources between the Information and Library Center of the Banking Academy and information and library centers of universities in the same economic sector.

- The researches actual state, evaluates the development, organizing management and exploitation of information resources and the state of information resources at the Center for Information-Library of the University of Banking Academy.

- Since then, the thesis proposes feasible solutions to develop organize and exploit information resources at the Center for Information-Library of the Banking Academy. Share experience with other university's libraries in the process of development, management and exploitation information resources activities..
