10. Summary of thesis results:
- The thesis presented the guidelines and policies of the Party Central Committee and the Ha Dong Provincial Party Committee in building the militia and guerrilla forces during the resistance war against the French from 1945 to 1954. Under the leadership of the Party Committee, the militia and guerrilla forces were increasingly consolidated, built and developed, contributing significantly to the victories of the army and people of the whole country in the long-term resistance war against the French invaders.
- From the reconstruction of that historical picture, the thesis has initially made comments on the advantages and limitations in the process of leadership and building the militia and guerrilla force of the Ha Dong Provincial Party Committee and drawn some lessons for building the armed forces in general and the militia and guerrilla force in particular.

The thesis can be used as a document to enrich the theoretical base on building armed forces in general and guerrilla forces in particular in Ha Dong province (now part of Hanoi city).
