The topic contributes to raising people's awareness of the implementation of social policies for people with disabilities, difficulties, advantages, resources in the implementation process, as well as the role of grassroots organizations in the implementation process, contributing to improving the effectiveness of implementation and finding appropriate management methods. With this approach, I hope that it will be responded to and applied in many areas in Bac Giang province and neighboring provinces.

Research can be carried out in rural areas - where cultural level and updated mass media are limited but also aims to disseminate knowledge about the rights, regimes and policies of people with disabilities. If the topic can be carried out in rural areas, it will be more effective and practical.
