10. Summary of the thesis results:

In researching the current state of vocational training for people with disabilities in Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province, the author used qualitative research methods through focus group interviews and in-depth interviews to assess the vocational training needs of people with disabilities and to understand the advantages and difficulties they face during their training. The author also investigated several vocational training centers for people with disabilities in the district, thereby providing observations and assessments of these centers and their achievements over the past period. Based on the current state of vocational training and the vocational training needs of people with disabilities, the author proposes solutions to improve existing and implemented models, and suggests additional models and solutions not yet implemented in the district to ensure that people with disabilities have the necessary conditions to participate in vocational training and fulfill their aspirations. The author presents several theories of social work applied to working with people with disabilities, highlighting the role of social workers in assisting people with disabilities during vocational training, and promoting the role of social workers in vocational training as psychological counselors, advocates, and liaisons between people with disabilities and businesses. This study makes a small contribution to vocational training for people with disabilities.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

During baseline study for vocational Disability order in Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province authors used qualitative research methods through group interviews and indepth interviews to assess the needs of the apprentice persons with disabilities, learn the advantages and disadvantages of their apprenticeship process. The author also learned some vocational training center for people with disabilities the district from which to make the comments received between the center and the central result has been achieved in recent years.
