10. Summary of thesis results:

In the process of researching the current situation of vocational training for people with disabilities in Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province, the author used qualitative research methods through group interviews and in-depth interviews to assess the vocational training needs of people with disabilities, to understand the advantages and difficulties in the process of their vocational training. The author also learned more about some vocational training centers for people with disabilities in the district, from which he made comments between the centers and the results the centers have achieved in the past. Based on the current situation of vocational training and the vocational training needs of people with disabilities, the author proposed solutions to improve the models that have been and are being implemented, and proposed some other models and solutions that have not been implemented in the district so that people with disabilities have full conditions to participate in vocational training, meeting their wishes. The author presents some theories of Social Work applied to working with People with Disabilities, states the role of social workers in assisting People with Disabilities when they learn a trade, promotes the role of social workers in charge of vocational training when they are psychological counselors, advocates, and bridges between People with Disabilities and businesses. The topic contributes a small part to the work of teaching and learning a trade for People with Disabilities.

During baseline study for vocational Disability order in Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province authors used qualitative research methods through group interviews and indepth interviews to assess the needs of the apprentice persons with disabilities, learn the advantages and disadvantages of their apprenticeship process.
