Analyze the characteristics of production, business operations, human resources, and organizational structure at Hoa Sao Group.

Analyze and evaluate the current situation regarding the application of various compensation methods for customer service positions.

Propose recommendations for applying a service-based compensation system to customer service positions at Hoa Sao Group and other similar organizations.
