The thesis provides evidence to prove the impact of climate change on factors of productive forces and production relations in the development of agricultural production in Thai Binh from 2000 to present. On that basis, recommendations are made to the Provincial People's Committee to adapt and mitigate the impact of climate change on factors of productive forces and production relations towards sustainable development in agricultural production in the province.

11. Practical application:

The results of the project can serve as a basis for proposing feasible solutions and recommendations to the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province to adapt and mitigate the impacts of climate change on factors of LLSX and QHSX towards sustainable development of agricultural production in the province.

Assessing the impacts of climate change on Thai Binh Province's policies on agricultural production development
