This thesis presents evidence demonstrating the impact of climate change on the factors of productive forces and production relations in the development of agricultural production in Thai Binh province from 2000 to the present. Based on this, it offers recommendations to the Provincial People's Committee to adapt to and mitigate the impact of climate change on the factors of productive forces and production relations, aiming for sustainable development in the province's agricultural production.

The results of this study can serve as a basis for proposing feasible solutions and recommendations to the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province to adapt to and mitigate the impacts of climate change on factors of agricultural production and production relations, aiming for sustainable agricultural production development in the province.

Assessing the impacts of climate change on Thai Binh Province's policies on agricultural production development.

Thesis gives evidence, to demonstrate the impact of climate change on the elements of the productive forces, relations of production in the development of agricultural production in Thai Binh from 2000 to present. On that basis, make recommendations to the Provincial People's Committee to adapt, mitigate the effects of climate change to the elements of productive forces, relations of production towards the sustainable development of agricultural production in the province.
