The thesis "Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee leads the construction of cultural life from 2006 to 2015" analyzed the natural and socio-economic conditions that affected the process of directing the implementation of the construction of cultural life in Hoa Binh province; systematized the viewpoints and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam on the construction of cultural life and analyzed the process of Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee leading the implementation of the construction of cultural life from 2006 to 2015.
The thesis evaluates and points out the achievements and limitations in the leadership of building cultural life of the Provincial Party Committee. From there, the thesis presents experiences from the practice of leading the building of cultural life of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee from 2006 to 2015.
