The thesis "The Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee's Leadership in Building Cultural Life from 2006 to 2015" analyzed the natural, economic, and social conditions affecting the process of directing the implementation of building cultural life in Hoa Binh province; systematized the viewpoints and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam on building cultural life; and analyzed the process of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee's leadership in implementing the building of cultural life from 2006 to 2015.
This thesis evaluates and points out the achievements and limitations in the leadership of the Party Committee of Hoa Binh province in building cultural life. From there, the thesis presents experiences from the practical leadership of the Party Committee of Hoa Binh province in building cultural life from 2006 to 2015. These experiences are valuable for reference to help the Party Committee of Hoa Binh province strengthen its leadership in building cultural life in the following years.
