10. Summary of the thesis results:

The thesis consists of 3 chapters with the following basic contents:

Chapter 1. Components and content of archival documents and records generated in the operation of the preschool.

This chapter defines the concepts of document management and archival management, and presents the position, functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of a preschool; the components, content, and significance of documents generated in preschool activities. From this, we clarify the responsibilities of preschools in managing documents and archives.

Chapter 2. Survey and assessment of the current state of document and archival management in preschools in Hanoi.

This chapter introduces the survey locations at several preschools in Hanoi (primarily in Ha Dong District) and the survey methodology. After presenting the survey results, we focus on commenting on and evaluating the current state of document and archival management in preschools through fundamental issues such as: organizing a dedicated document management department; drafting and issuing documents; managing incoming and outgoing documents; managing and using seals; creating and organizing the collection of files and documents; classifying files and documents; determining the value of documents; preserving documents; developing tools for document retrieval; and utilizing documents. Based on this, we analyze the advantages, limitations, and causes of these limitations.

Chapter 3. Proposed solutions for effective management of documents and archives in preschools.

Based on the current state of document and archive management in preschools, this thesis proposes several solutions such as: raising awareness of the role of document and archive management in preschools; developing and issuing regulations and professional guidelines to effectively manage the document and archive system of preschools.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis serve as a reference for management agencies; preschools in general, and Hanoi city in particular, in the management of documents and archives.

12. Future research directions:

After completing this thesis, we will continue to research and disseminate solutions for practical application in document and archival management at preschools in Hanoi.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

This thesis consists of three chapters with the following basic content:

Chapter I: Composition, content of documents, archives and made during activities of pre-school

In this chapter, we will mention the definition of documents and archives management, and represent position, function, responsibilities, rights, organizational structure of pre-school; composition, content, meaning of documents made during activities of pre-school. From there, we make clear functions of Pre-school on document and archives management.

Chapter II: To survey, evaluate the real situation of documents and archives management in Pre-schools in Hanoi City.

In this chapter, we introduce some pre-schools in Hanoi area to make survey (mostly in Ha Dong District) and survey method. After getting survey's result, we focus on commenting, evaluating the real situation of documents and archives management in pre-schools through basic matters such as : to organize a department of specialized archives, to draft, promulgate documents ; to manage input and output documents; to manage and use seals ; to make and collect record, document, to classify record & document, to define value of document, to maintain document ; to build equipment for research documents, to exploit and use documents. From this basic, we analyze strengths, weaknesses and reasons of these weaknesses.

Chapter III: To put forward solutions to manage well document and archives management in Pre-schools.

From the real situation of document and archives management in Pre-schools, this thesis recommends some solutions such as: to increase awareness about the function of document and archives management in Pre-schools; to make and promote decision paper, professional guidelines to effectively manage document and archives management system of Pre-schools.

11. Possibility of application in practice:

The research result of this thesis is the reference for management organization, pre-schools in general, for Hanoi city in particular on managing documents and archives.

12. Further research directions:

After completing this thesis, we continue to research and disseminate solutions to apply document and archives management in practice in pre-schools in Hanoi
