10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis assesses the current state of higher education management in Vietnam over the past years, primarily focusing on the period from 2006 to 2015; thereby highlighting the achievements and limitations, and the causes of these limitations, in higher education management in Vietnam.

Based on an assessment of the current state of higher education management in Vietnam, this thesis analyzes the necessity and requirements for continued reform of higher education management in our country. The thesis proposes feasible solutions for effectively reforming higher education management in Vietnam in the coming years, meeting the requirements of the comprehensive reform of education and training in Vietnam in general, and higher education in particular, during the period of reform and international integration.

This thesis can be used as a reference in educational management policy research, and in teaching political science and policy research.

Reforming Vietnam's education management in the context of globalization and international integration (a comparative approach with countries in the region and the world).

On the basis of assessing the status quo of higher education management in Vietnam, thesis analyzes the necessity and the need continuation of innovating the higher education management in Vietnam. The thesis puts forward feasible solutions to effective innovations of higher education in Vietnam in the coming years to meet the requirements of the comprehensive renovation of education and training in Vietnam in general and higher education in our country in particular in the period of renewal and international integration.
