Monday, survey the current status of record creation and record management at Hai Phong University, point out the advantages and disadvantages of record creation and record management at the University. From there, it is necessary to build a Record Catalog and manage electronic records at Hai Phong University.

Rankthree, the study provides a list of records for 11 functional departments of Hai Phong University and provides a process for managing electronic records through software.
