With over 100 pages, the thesis has yielded the following results:
- Accurately assess the current state of the EWEC, including achievements and shortcomings; objective and subjective factors impacting the corridor... and the remaining issues of the program in the four countries through which the corridor passes.
- This thesis proposes several solutions for the development of the EWEC. It suggests proactively seeking investment partners, tailored to each country, addressing issues such as security, program promotion and advertising, and information exchange. Simultaneously, alongside general solutions, the thesis outlines specific improvements in customs, road infrastructure upgrades, warehouse construction, and human resources. Specifically for Vietnam, the thesis recommends focusing on seaports; further upgrading and modernizing information and customs systems; and developing the economies of cities traversed by the corridor to fully benefit from its advantages.
- In addition, the thesis also addresses potential problems and obstacles that need to be considered and addressed.
11. Practical Applicability: The recommendations and solutions proposed in this thesis have high potential for practical application in the member countries of the EWEC. This is because they benefit both the individual countries and the ASEAN bloc, a political, economic, and social organization that is receiving significant global attention. Furthermore, the recommendations and solutions are based on the actual situation, comparing it with past and present circumstances, and especially with a forward-looking perspective, instilling confidence in the program's effectiveness. 12. Future Research Directions: The EWEC is still in progress, and the program has a promising future despite some limitations and obstacles due to objective circumstances. One of the future research directions is to place the EWEC within the context of the US, Russia, and the EU's increasing interest in the ASEAN region. How will the EWEC develop to contribute to and satisfy the world's growing interest? Simultaneously, the study will also thoroughly analyze the "disagreement" factors within EWEC and ASEAN that affect EWEC. 13. Published works related to the thesis:
