In theory:

Teacher organizational citizenship refers to voluntary actions that support the organization, a willingness to help other teachers and children, and personal development aimed at benefiting the school.

Studies have identified different components of organizational citizenship behavior. This study uses a six-component model to measure the organizational citizenship behavior of preschool teachers, based on a combination of two models by Organ (1988) and Podsakoff (2000). These components are behavior: conscience, courtesy, virtue, nobility, dedication, and self-development.

Many factors influence the performance of organizational citizenship behavior. Previous studies have identified several of these factors, including job satisfaction, professional engagement, organizational identity, perception of organizational fairness, leadership-employee interaction, and organizational support. This also forms an important basis for this study to assess the extent to which these factors influence the organizational citizenship behavior of preschool teachers in Hanoi.

In practical terms:

The research results show that preschool teachers in Hanoi regularly perform civic behaviors within the organization. Specifically, the level of performance reflects six behaviors: conscience, courtesy, virtue, nobility, dedication, and self-development.

In addition, the study clarifies the factors influencing organizational citizenship behavior among preschool teachers in Hanoi. The results show that these factors have a positive correlation with organizational citizenship behavior.

11. Practical applications:

Based on the results obtained from theoretical and practical research, this thesis has provided an overview of the current state of implementation and the factors influencing the organizational citizenship behavior of preschool teachers.

The thesis has made several recommendations to the school and teachers to help strengthen the implementation of civic behavior within the organization, aiming to improve the quality of education and childcare, and develop a team of teachers with professional qualifications, experience, and long-term commitment to the preschool teaching profession.

Theoretically:

Citizen behaviors in a teacher's organization are acts of volunteer supporting the organization, willing to help other teachers, children and self-development in order to benefit the school.

Studies have shown different components of civic behavior in the organization, in this study using a 6-component model to measure civic behavior in a preschool teachers' organization based on engagement incorporates two models of Organ, 1988 and Podsakoff, 2000. In addition, the study clarifies the factors affecting civic behavior in the organization of preschool teachers in Hanoi city. The obtained results show that the factors are positively correlated with civic behavior in the organization.

11. Practical applicability in practice:

With the results obtained from the theoretical and practical research process, the thesis has an overview of the performance level and factors affecting civic behavior in the organization of preschool teachers.

The thesis has given some of recommendations to schools, teachers to help strengthen the implementation of civic behavior in teachers' organizations, in order to improve the quality of education - child care, and develop the contingency of teachers have professional qualifications and experience, and have a long-term attachment to the preschool teacher profession.
