In theory:
Teachers' organizational citizenship behaviors are voluntary behaviors that support the organization, are willing to help other teachers, children, and develop themselves to benefit the school.
Studies have shown different components of organizational citizenship behavior, in this study, a 6-component model was used to measure organizational citizenship behavior of preschool teachers based on the combination of two models of Organ, 1988 and Podsakoff, 2000. Those components are behaviors: conscientiousness, courtesy, virtue, nobility, dedication, and self-development.
There are many factors that influence the implementation of organizational citizenship behavior. Previous studies have shown that some of these factors are: job satisfaction, career commitment, identification with the organization, perception of organizational fairness, leader-employee interaction, and organizational support. This is also an important basis for this study to evaluate the level of influence of factors on organizational citizenship behavior of preschool teachers in Hanoi.
In practice:
The results of the study show that preschool teachers in Hanoi city practice civic behavior in the organization at a regular level. Specifically, the current level of implementation through six behaviors: conscience, courtesy, morality, nobility, dedication, and self-development.
In addition, the study clarifies the factors affecting the organizational citizenship behavior of preschool teachers in Hanoi. The results show that the factors have a positive correlation with organizational citizenship behavior.
11. Practical application:
With the results obtained from the theoretical and practical research process, the thesis has summarized the current status of implementation level and factors affecting civic behavior in the organization of preschool teachers.
The thesis has made some recommendations to schools and teachers to help strengthen the implementation of civic behavior in teachers' organizations, in order to improve the quality of education and child care, develop a team of teachers with professional qualifications, experience, and long-term commitment to the profession of preschool teachers.

Theoretically:
Citizen behaviors in a teacher's organization are acts of voluntarily supporting the organization, willing to help other teachers, children and self-development in order to benefit the school.

With the results obtained from the theoretical and practical research process, the thesis has an overview of the performance level and factors affecting civic behavior in the organization of preschool teachers.
The thesis has given some of recommendations to schools, teachers to help strengthen the implementation of civic behavior in teachers' organizations, in order to improve the quality of education - child care, and develop the contingency of teachers have professional qualifications and experience, and have a long-term attachment to the preschool teacher profession.
