10. Summary of the thesis results:

Firstly, this thesis examines Ho Chi Minh's writings on democracy in education, as well as specialized articles and studies by several scholars on the aforementioned issue. From this, it clarifies Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on democracy in education and higher education.

Secondly, this study analyzes and evaluates the current state of implementing democracy in education according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology in Vietnamese universities.

Thirdly, it clarifies how the Party and State of Vietnam have applied Ho Chi Minh's ideas on democracy in education in the development of the current strategy for higher education in our country.

Fourth, propose some solutions to improve the implementation of democracy in higher education in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's ideology in our country today.

11. Practical applications:

This thesis proposes several solutions to enhance the implementation of democracy in higher education in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's ideology in Vietnam during the period of comprehensive and fundamental educational reform and the 2018 amended and supplemented Education Law.

This thesis can serve as research, teaching, and learning material on Ho Chi Minh's ideology, in accordance with Directive No. 23-CT/TW dated March 27, 2003, of the Central Party Secretariat on promoting research, dissemination, and education of Ho Chi Minh's ideology in the current period.

12. Further research directions: Research Ho Chi Minh's educational philosophy and its significance for the fundamental and comprehensive reform of education in our country, while also proposing some solutions to improve the quality of education in Vietnam today.
