Second, analyze and evaluate the current status of implementing democracy in education according to Ho Chi Minh's thought in Vietnamese universities today.

Third, clearly point out the application of Ho Chi Minh's thought on democracy in education by our Party and State in building the current strategy for developing higher education in our country.

Fourth, propose some solutions to improve the implementation of democracy in higher education according to Ho Chi Minh's thought in our country today.

11. Practical application:

The thesis proposes a number of solutions to improve the implementation of democracy in higher education according to Ho Chi Minh's thought in our country during the period of comprehensive and fundamental educational innovation, the Law on Education (amended and supplemented) in 2018.

The thesis can be used as research, teaching and learning materials according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology, according to Directive No. 23 - CT/TW dated March 27, 2003 of the Central Party Secretariat on promoting research, propaganda and education of Ho Chi Minh's ideology in the current period.

12. Further research directions: Study Ho Chi Minh's educational philosophy and its significance to the fundamental and comprehensive innovation of our country's education, and at the same time propose some solutions to contribute to improving the quality of education in our country today.
