11. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis focuses on analyzing theoretical issues in museum management, examining the current state of management at the Bac Giang Provincial Museum (now Bac Ninh Museum No. 1), and the difficulties and challenges faced by Bac Ninh Museum No. 1 in the context of rapid digital transformation. Simultaneously, the thesis proposes a systematic set of solutions to improve the quality of management at Bac Ninh Museum No. 1 in the context of digital transformation, emphasizing the crucial role of perfecting the legal framework, strengthening organizational capacity, and ensuring technological and human resources. The focus is on perfecting, promulgating, and consistently implementing operational regulations (artifact records, warehouse regulations, preservation, inventory, and digitization, including documented intangible heritage, warehouse entry/exit regulations, and regulations for visitors) linked to a mechanism for regular/unscheduled inspections. Simultaneously, the chapter strengthens the legal framework and autonomy mechanisms to ensure consistency, transparency, and flexibility in governance, resource allocation, and decision-making. Regarding digital transformation, the chapter emphasizes strategic investment in technology infrastructure, data governance, building physical databases and digital standards, combined with the deployment of multimedia communication and digital experiences for the public; alongside the development of high-quality human resources through in-depth training in technology, data governance, and professional skills in the digital environment, and enhancing change management capacity.

The thesis focuses on analyzing discussed issues on museum management, analyzing the current status of management at Bac Giang Provincial Museum (currently Bac Ninh Museum No. 1), the difficulties and challenges of Bac Ninh Museum No. 1 in the context of strong digital transformation. At the same time, within the framework of the thesis, a systematic solution system is also proposed to improve the quality of management of Bac Ninh Museum No. 1 in the context of digital transformation, emphasizing the key role of perfecting the legal framework, enhancing organizational capacity and ensuring technological and human resources. The focus is on completing, promulgating and consistently implementing operating regulations (artifact records, warehouse regulations, preservation, inventory and digitization including documented intangible heritage, warehouse entry/exit regulations and regulations for visitors) associated with periodic/unscheduled inspection mechanisms; At the same time, strengthen the legal framework and autonomy mechanism to ensure consistency, transparency and flexibility in governance, resource allocation and decision-making.
