Furthermore, the intervention results demonstrate that relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and cognitive restructuring play a significant role in reducing the desire to engage in self-harm.

In addition, the intervention outcomes demonstrate that relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and cognitive restructuring play an important role in reducing urges to engage in self-harm.
