The evaluation results showed that the DASS 21 and BNSSI-AT tools can effectively support clinical interviews by providing in-depth information about the client's problem history, manifestations, and severity of self-harming behavior. Furthermore, the intervention results demonstrated that relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and cognitive restructuring played a significant role in reducing the desire to engage in self-harming behavior.
