10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis explores and researches the theoretical foundations of cultural tourism, including theories on culture, cultural heritage, cultural tourism resources, cultural tourism destinations, cultural tourism products, organization and management, and heritage preservation; as well as the experiences of organizing this type of tourism in several countries around the world and in Vietnam, considering them valuable lessons for the development of tourism in Binh Dinh.
In the following sections, the thesis introduces, analyzes, and evaluates the conditions for developing cultural heritage tourism to identify the advantages and disadvantages in cultural tourism activities in Binh Dinh. After presenting the survey results, the thesis draws conclusions about the advantages and shortcomings in the actual development. Based on this theoretical and practical foundation, the thesis proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of exploiting the cultural heritage of the Tay Son dynasty for tourism in Binh Dinh. These include strategies for specialization and diversification of tourism products, investment strategies for tourism development, strategies for human resource training, strategies for tourism marketing, and planning of tourism routes and destinations in Binh Dinh in the future related to the Tay Son era heritage. In addition, it focuses on the following 7 groups of solutions: (2) Solutions on organizing and managing tourism activities, (3) Solutions on investing in improving technical infrastructure, (5) Solutions on tourism human resources, (4) Solutions on the market, (3) Solutions on cultural tourism products including "Tay Son martial arts", "traditional craft villages related to the Tay Son period", "for heritage tourism types", (5) solutions on building tourist routes and destinations, (9) Solutions on promoting and advertising, and (12) Solutions on heritage preservation.
In addition, in the final part of the thesis, the author also makes some recommendations to competent authorities in local tourism management activities, including: (4) recommendations to central agencies, (4) recommendations to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, (8) recommendations to provincial state management agencies, (7) recommendations for businesses operating in the tourism sector, (4) recommendations for the local community.
11. Practical applications:
In recent times, following the general development trend, Binh Dinh has chosen tourism as its key industry. With a convenient transportation network and abundant tourism resources, the province has enormous opportunities for tourism development, including cultural heritage tourism of the Tay Son dynasty. However, these resources have not been effectively exploited, and effective measures have not been implemented to transform their potential into distinctive tourism products for visitors.
To overcome this, serious research is needed to effectively exploit the potential to attract more tourists to Binh Dinh, transforming it into a true destination rather than just a transit point.
On the other hand, currently there are no comprehensive studies on Tay Son cultural tourism for Binh Dinh tourism. Through this thesis, Binh Dinh tourism managers will have an additional scientific document to serve as a foundation for exploiting, preserving, and developing the cultural heritage of the Tay Son dynasty to better serve the province's tourism.

Currently, according to the general trend of development, tourism industry has been chosen as the key service. With convenient traffic network and rich tourism resources, Binh Dinh has a great opportunity to improve local tourism industry, especially Tay Son Dynasty's cultural heritage tourism. However, the tourism resources have not been efficiently exploited and the effective solutions to change tourism potential into specific tourism products have not been offered.
To surmount these difficulties, it is necessary to do serious and strict research to efficiently exploit local tourism resources to make Binh Dinh an attractive tourism destination, not a tourist connecting point.
Furthermore, at present, there have not been sufficient and thorough research works of Tay Son cultural tourism. The thesis will be the scientific material for Binh Dinh's tourism managers to examine the exploitation, reservation and development of Tay Son Dynasty's cultural heritage for the purpose of serving Binh Dinh's tourism.
