In recent times, in line with the general development trend, Binh Dinh has chosen tourism as a key industry, with a convenient transportation network, rich tourism resources, the province's tourism development opportunities are huge, including tourism of the Tay Son Dynasty's cultural heritage. However, this resource has not been exploited effectively, and effective measures have not been proposed to turn the potential into typical tourism products of the martial arts land to serve tourists.
To overcome this, serious research is needed to effectively exploit it to attract more tourists to Binh Dinh, turning Binh Dinh into a real destination, not just a transit point.
On the other hand, currently there is no complete and comprehensive research project on Tay Son cultural tourism serving Binh Dinh tourism. Through this thesis, Binh Dinh tourism managers have an additional scientific document to serve as a foundation for exploiting, preserving and developing Tay Son dynasty cultural heritages to better serve the province's tourism.

Currently, according to the general trend of development, tourism industry has been chosen as the key service. With convenient traffic network and rich tourism resources, Binh Dinh has a great opportunity to improve local tourism industry, especially Tay Son Dynasty's cultural heritage tourism. However, the tourism resources have not been efficiently exploited and the effective solutions to change tourism potential into specific tourism products have not been offered.
To surmount these difficulties, it is necessary to do serious and strict research to efficiently exploit local tourism resources to make Binh Dinh an attractive tourism destination, not a tourist connecting point.
Furthermore, at present, there have not been sufficient and thorough research works of Tay Son cultural tourism. The thesis will be the scientific material for Binh Dinh's tourism managers to examine the exploitation, reservation and development of Tay Son Dynasty's cultural heritage for the purpose of serving Binh Dinh's tourism.
