10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis studies the theoretical and practical basis of the quality of services provided to tourists. From there, the thesis identifies the main factors affecting customer satisfaction at hot spring tourist areas, which is an important basis for studying solutions to improve the quality of services provided to tourists by these tourist businesses in Nha Trang.
Through field surveys, surveying tourists' opinions as well as discussing with management staff, the thesis has synthesized qualitative and quantitative information, describing the actual status of operations and evaluating the quality of services provided to tourists of hot spring resorts in Nha Trang.
The thesis proposes solutions to improve the service quality of hot spring tourist areas in Nha Trang, and at the same time makes recommendations suitable to the current situation of operations and development orientation of businesses as well as the local tourism industry.
11. Practical application:
The research results, solutions and recommendations of the thesis can help hot spring tourist areas in Nha Trang strengthen solutions to improve the quality of services provided to tourists and perfect the service quality management of their businesses.
The thesis can be a useful reference for tourism students, tourism managers as well as those interested in tourism service quality management.
In addition, the thesis can be the basis for further research on similar topics at different levels and scales of research.
12. Further research directions:
The topic can be developed in the direction of evaluating the service quality of the specific field of operation of hot spring tourist areas in Nha Trang, thereby building a set of evaluation criteria and determining the level of influence of each factor on the service quality in this field.
The study of service quality provided to tourists can be applied to other types of tourism businesses such as hotels, restaurants, travel companies, entertainment areas, etc. throughout Nha Trang city and Khanh Hoa province.

The thesis has studied rationales and practicalites of providing quality service to tourists whereby it identifies the key factors affecting guest's satisfaction in the hot mineral spring resorts, as an important basis for the study of solutions to improve providing service quality to tourists of tourism businesses in Nha Trang.
Through carrying out field research, collecting tourists' opinions and interviewing managers at these resorts, the thesis analyzed qualitative and quantitative information, described actual operational status and assessed the service quality offered to tourists at the hot mineral spring resorts in Nha Trang.
This thesis proposed some solutions to improve the service quality of the hot mineral spring resorts in Nha Trang and made recommendations to the operational situation and development orientation of these enterprises as well as the local tourism industry.
