- Le Thi May is the first female poet of the anti-American generation to write a long poem and achieve remarkable success. The thesis explores the unique content and art in the long poem Le Thi May, thereby highlighting the author's unique artistic style.
- The thesis points out the unique images in the epic poem Le Thi May. These are the image of the soldier, the image of the mother, the image of the country, the desire for happiness and the ideal of victory... creating an indomitable, resilient and beautiful image of Vietnam in both wartime and peacetime.
- The thesis exploits the familiar and new artistic features, full of creativity in the epic poem Le Thi May.
