(1). The thesis builds a theoretical framework and research model on occupational burnout among healthcare workers as well as related factors such as: demographics; salary and benefits; social support...
(2). The thesis pointed out the reality of occupational exhaustion among 210 medical staff, including 77 men (36.7%) and 133 women (63.3%) at a hospital in Hanoi. The results showed that medical staff all had problems with exhaustion at different levels, with the majority being low-level exhaustion.
(3). Analyze occupational burnout status according to several variables such as gender, age, length of service, job position, marital status and relationship with social support.
