(1). The thesis builds a theoretical framework and research model on the state of occupational burnout of medical staff as well as the influencing factors such as: demographics; salary; social support...
(2). The thesis has shown the current state of occupational burnout of 210 medical staff, including 77 men (36.7%) and 133 women (63.3%) at a hospital in Hanoi. The results show that medical staff have burnout problems at different levels, of which the majority are low-level burnout.
(3). Analyze the status of occupational burnout according to some variables such as gender, age, seniority, job position, marital status and relationship with social support.
