Chapter 1. Theoretical basis of corporate culture and the office's responsibility in building and implementing corporate culture.
In Chapter 1, the author outlines some general theoretical issues regarding culture and corporate culture; the functions and tasks of the office and the office's responsibilities in building and implementing corporate culture.
Chapter 2. Assessing the office's responsibility in building and implementing corporate culture at SCI Group Joint Stock Company.
Based on the scientific foundations presented in Chapter 1, the author conducts a survey and assessment of the current state of the office's responsibility in building and implementing corporate culture at SCI Group Joint Stock Company, considering the constituent elements of corporate culture. Through this, the author observes and evaluates the strengths, weaknesses, and causes of these weaknesses regarding the office's responsibility in building and implementing corporate culture at the company.
Chapter 3. Solutions to enhance the responsibility of the office in building and implementing corporate culture at SCI Group Joint Stock Company.
Based on the research and assessment of the current situation in Chapter 2, the author proposes five groups of solutions to enhance the responsibility of the office in building and implementing corporate culture at SCI Group Joint Stock Company. These proposed solutions are based on the main functions and tasks of the office, encompassing: improving the office's organizational structure; strengthening the review of constituent elements of corporate culture; enhancing advisory effectiveness; and strengthening communication and monitoring of corporate culture implementation.
Based on the research findings in this thesis, the author will continue to study issues related to the office's responsibility in building and implementing corporate culture at SCI Group and other large and successful enterprises; simultaneously, further research will be conducted on practical solutions at the company to continuously develop corporate culture at SCI Group Joint Stock Company in particular and at other enterprises in general.

Building on the theoretical foundation presented in Chapter 1, the author conducted a survey to assess the current state of the office's responsibilities in constructing and organizing the implementation of corporate culture at SCI Group Joint Stock Company. The assessment considers the elements that constitute corporate culture. Consequently, the author provides comments and evaluations on the strengths, limitations, and causes of limitations in the office's responsibilities regarding the construction and organization of the implementation of corporate culture at the company.
Chapter 3: Solutions to Improve Office Responsibility in Building and Organizing the Implementation of Corporate Culture at SCI Group Joint Stock Company.
Building on the research and assessment conducted in Chapter 2, the author proposes five groups of solutions to enhance the office's responsibility in constructing and organizing the implementation of corporate culture at SCI Group Joint Stock Company. The suggested solution groups are aligned with the main functions and tasks of the office and include the following aspects: refining the office apparatus, strengthening the review of elements constituting corporate culture, enhancing consulting efficiency, strengthening communication, and inspecting and controlling the implementation of corporate culture.
Based on the research results presented in this thesis, in the future, the author will continue to investigate issues related to the office's responsibilities in constructing and organizing the implementation of corporate culture at SCI Group and other large businesses.
