10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis has summarized some studies on psychological capital, happiness perception, the relationship between psychological capital and happiness perception of teachers. The basic concepts of the topic are clarified. Psychological capital is the state of positive psychological development of an individual, made up of four elements: confidence, hope, optimism and resilience. Happiness perception is mental health, expressed in positive emotions and good functioning of psychological and social functions in life, including emotional happiness, psychological happiness and social happiness. Psychological capital and happiness perception play an important role in helping people improve their quality of life.
The results of a practical study on 249 general teachers in Hanoi and Hoa Binh cities show that: the level of psychological capital and teachers' happiness is at an average level. There is a difference between teachers' psychological capital and happiness according to gender, area of ​​residence, income and age. There is a positive correlation at a fairly high level between teachers' psychological capital and happiness. Psychological capital has the ability to predict and improve teachers' happiness.

Practical applicability: From the research results, the thesis contributes to showing the current status of psychological capital and teachers' sense of happiness, the relationship between the two factors, predicting the level of influence of psychological capital on teachers' sense of happiness. Through that, emphasizing that improving psychological capital has a positive impact on improving teachers' sense of happiness.
