10. Summary of thesis results:
Within the framework of this thesis, the author has provided an overview of research on anxiety disorders such as the definition of anxiety disorders, influencing factors that can cause anxiety disorders, clinical characteristics of anxiety disorders, etc. In addition, the study shows the application of the cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approach on subjects with anxiety disorders. The intervention results showed that the client responded quite well to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in psychotherapy. The client's anxiety symptoms decreased after the intervention: physical symptoms decreased, the client was able to self-manage his anxiety, and apply techniques to cope with anxiety situations.
11. Practical applicability: The theoretical and practical research results of the clinical case in this thesis have contributed further research evidence for the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy applied to psychological intervention for cases of anxiety disorders.

Within the framework of this thesis, the author has presented a comprehensive overview of research on anxiety disorders, including the definition of anxiety disorders, influential factors that may contribute to anxiety disorders, and the clinical characteristics of anxiety disorders. Additionally, the research indicates the application of the cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approach in addressing individuals exhibiting symptoms of anxiety disorders. Intervention results demonstrate that the participants responded quite well to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in psychotherapeutic treatment. Anxiety symptoms in the participants decreased following the intervention: physical symptoms diminished, individuals were able to self-regulate their anxiety, and they applied techniques to cope with anxiety-inducing situations.)
