10. Summary of the thesis results:
Within the framework of this thesis, the author has presented an overview of research on anxiety disorders, including the definition of anxiety disorders, influencing factors that may cause anxiety disorders, clinical characteristics of anxiety disorders, etc. In addition, the study shows the application of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to subjects exhibiting anxiety disorders. The intervention results show that the clients responded quite well to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in psychotherapy. The clients' anxiety symptoms decreased after the intervention: physical symptoms decreased, the clients were able to manage their anxiety themselves, and apply techniques to cope with anxious situations.
11. Practical applicability: The theoretical and practical research results of the clinical case presented in this thesis have contributed further research evidence to the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy in psychological intervention for anxiety disorders.

Within the framework of this thesis, the author has presented a comprehensive overview of research on anxiety disorders, including the definition of anxiety disorders, influential factors that may contribute to anxiety disorders, and the clinical characteristics of anxiety disorders. Additionally, the research indicates the application of the cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approach in addressing individuals exhibiting symptoms of anxiety disorders. Intervention results demonstrate that the participants responded quite well to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in psychotherapeutic treatment. Anxiety symptoms in the participants decreased following the intervention: physical symptoms diminished, individuals were able to self-regulate their anxiety, and they applied techniques to cope with anxiety-inducing situations.)
