10. Summary of thesis results:
In this study, the author provides an overview of research on depressive disorders such as epidemiological data and symptoms of depressive disorders. At the same time, studies showing the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy in the intervention of depressive disorders are presented.
The intervention results showed that the client responded relatively well to cognitive-behavioral therapy. The client's depressive symptoms gradually decreased, the client reduced negative thoughts, increased positive emotions, performed favorite activities, and improved social relationships.
11. Practical applicability: Through the results of theoretical and practical research in clinical cases, it has contributed further evidence for the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy in the intervention of depressive disorders.
