10. Summary of the thesis results:
This study provides an overview of research on depressive disorders, including epidemiological data and symptoms. It also presents studies demonstrating the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy in treating depressive disorders.
The intervention results showed that the client responded relatively well to cognitive-behavioral therapy. The client's depressive symptoms gradually decreased, negative thoughts lessened, positive emotions increased, enjoyable activities were pursued, and social relationships improved.

In this study, the author provides an overview of research on depression disorders such as epidemiological data and symptoms of depressive disorders. At the same time, research shows the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioural therapy in the intervention of depressive disorders.
Intervention results show that clients respond relatively well to cognitive-behavioural therapy. The client's depressive symptoms gradually decrease, the client reduces negative thoughts, increases feelings of positive emotions, performs favorite activities, and improves social relationships.
