10. Summary of the thesis results:
The author reviews research studies on community participation in tourism and ethnic minority community participation in tourism activities, analyzes relevant theories, and determines the measurement scale used in the study. The main research method of the thesis is qualitative combined with quantitative. The measurement scale used is by Pretty (1995) and includes 7 levels: (1) passive participation; (2) participation in providing information; (3) participation in consulting; (4) participation for material incentives; (5) participation in functional activities; (6) interactive participation; (7) active participation. The research was conducted through in-depth interviews with 30 Ha Nhi people in 3 research communes: Nam Pung, Trinh Tuong and Y Ty; with local authorities of the above communes (3 cultural officers and 6 village heads) and 2 officers of the Department of Tourism of Lao Cai province; Five tourism and travel businesses were involved in the survey, which was conducted through questionnaires with 207 tourists visiting Bat Xat and 300 Black Ha Nhi households.
The research results on the participation of Black Ha Nhi people in tourism activities in Bat Xat district and 300 Black Ha Nhi households (1995) have been divided into three aspects: (1) Black Ha Nhi community participation in preserving and exploiting tourism resources; (2) Black Ha Nhi community participation in providing services and planning the development of local tourism services; (3) Black Ha Nhi community participation in promoting tourism. In addition, the research also points out and analyzes the factors affecting the decision of Black Ha Nhi people to participate in tourism activities. Through this, the level of participation of Black Ha Nhi people in tourism activities in Bat Xat district is assessed. The study emphasizes the role of the community in local tourism activities, especially the ethnic minority communities unique to the area, preserving and promoting ethnic cultural values ​​as a basis for sustainable tourism development.
Based on the above analysis, the author discusses the research results and proposes policy implications (for tourism management agencies and tourism businesses) to encourage the Black Ha Nhi community to participate in local tourism activities, thereby bringing socio-economic benefits to the Black Ha Nhi community in particular and Bat Xat district in general.

The research findings will serve as a basis for tourism management agencies and tourism businesses to develop support policies to encourage the effective participation of the Black Ha Nhi community in tourism activities, and to promote Bat Xat as a destination based on the tourism resources of the Black Ha Nhi people and the local area.

The results of research on the participation of black Ha Nhi people in activities have divided the current status of black Ha Nhi people's participation around 3 contents: (1) The black Ha Nhi community participates in conservation and exploitation activities. exploiting tourism resources; (2) The black Ha Nhi community participates in providing services and planning to develop local tourism services; (3) The black Ha Nhi community participates in tourism promotion activities. In addition, the study also points out and analyzes factors that influence the decision to participate in tourism activities of black Ha Nhi people. Thereby, assess the level of participation in tourism activities of black Ha Nhi people in Bat Xat district. The study emphasizes the role of the community in local tourism activities, especially the local ethnic minority community, preserving and promoting national cultural values ​​as the basis for sustainable tourism development.
From the above analysis, the author discusses the research results and provides policy implications (for tourism management agencies and tourism business units) that contribute to encourage the black Ha Nhi community. Participate in local tourism activities to bring socio-economic benefits to the black Ha Nhi community in particular and Bat Xat district in general.
