10. Summary of the thesis results:
Motivation and learning motivation are topics of great interest in psychology, both domestically and internationally. Studies have confirmed the particularly important role of motivation in the formation and development of human personality, especially the role of object-oriented activity. From a psychological perspective, the core of personality is the close and interdependent connection of the hierarchical system of motivations, creating a positive relationship between the subject and the object of activity.
Based on theoretical research on learning motivation, along with a survey of learning motivation manifestations, factors influencing learning motivation, and measures to promote learning motivation among students at Dai Nam University, the researcher has proven the hypotheses of the study, thereby drawing the following conclusions:
Through this study, the author assessed the factors influencing and impacting the learning motivation of students at Dai Nam University. Accordingly, students' learning motivation is affected by both subjective and objective factors. Subjective factors have a high average score (GPA = 3.67), and objective factors also have a high impact (GPA = 3.69). These two indices show little difference in the level of influence. However, the impact from objective factors is greater than that from subjective factors.
Furthermore, through this research, the study also identifies several measures to influence, promote, and stimulate students' motivation to learn.
12. Practical applications: Based on the research results, this thesis contributes to identifying some factors affecting the learning motivation of students at Dai Nam University. Through this, it proposes solutions to influence students' learning motivation.

11. Summary of the results of the thesis:
Motivation and study motivation have garnered significant interest from psychological society both domestically and internationally. Previous studies confirm the particularly important role in the formation and development of human personality, especially the role of targeted activities. In terms of psychology, the nucleus of personality is the close connection and interdependence of the motivational hierarchy, creating a positive relationship between subjects and objects.
Based on theoretical research on study motivation, along with the process of surveying the manifestation of learning motivation, factors affecting learning motivation, and strategies to promote the learning motivation of students at Dai Nam University, the author has proven hypotheses. Consequently, some conclusions can be drawn as follows:
According to the survey results, the author evaluated the influencing factors on the learning motivation of students at Dai Nam University, accordingly, students' learning motivation is affected by both subjective and objective factors. In particular, subjective factors have a high average score (average score: 3.67), and objective elements affecting students' learning motivation are also high (average score: 3.69). The above two indicators show that there is not much difference in the influence level. Still, the obtained results show that objective factors have a greater impact than subjective counterparts.
In addition, this thesis also proposes several practical measures that are expected to promote and stimulate students' learning motivation effectively.
12. Practical applicability: From the research results, the thesis showed numerous factors affecting the learning motivation of students at Dai Nam University. According to this, solutions were proposed to promote the students' learning motivation.
