10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis has come to study the activities to support community reintegration for drug addicts after rehabilitation at the Post-Rehabilitation Management Center No. 1 in Hanoi.
The thesis also investigated the conditions for drug addicts to confidently reintegrate into the community and their needs after returning to the community.
From the above analysis, the thesis provides assessments of the strengths and limitations of the community reintegration support model for students in the Post-addiction Management Center; proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of the model to help post-addiction people successfully reintegrate into the community.
In addition, the thesis also pointed out the role of Social Work in supporting community reintegration for drug addicts returning from post-rehabilitation management centers in general and Hanoi Post-rehabilitation Management Center No. 1 in particular.
11. Practical application:
The thesis has proposed a number of specific solutions to overcome limitations and improve the effectiveness of the community reintegration support model at post-addiction management centers, and can be used for reference and application to improve the effectiveness of supporting drug addicts to successfully reintegrate into the community without relapse.

Besides, the thesis also points out the role of social work in supporting community reintegration for drug addicts who after returning from the Management Center general detoxification and Hanoi No1center of management of drug post-addicts detoxication in particular.
