Summary of thesis results: The thesis poses the research question: “What are the basic characteristics of the management culture of Science and Technology organizations in Vietnam?” The question was, "In what aspects does the management culture of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi manifest itself?" The study then proved the hypothesis that management culture is a system of core meanings, values, and beliefs, with different symbols, agreed upon by all participants in the management process, and having a broad influence on the actions of all members of the organization, aiming to achieve the set management goals. When studying management culture, one will consider the constituent elements including: the management philosophy, the core values, and tangible and intangible manifestations. Through the description of the history and characteristics of Vietnam's science and technology organizations, we can see that this management culture operates based on philosophy, core values, and practical manifestations through achievements and limitations over time. The management culture of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is viewed through these aspects. Visual and non-visual manifestations such as the mission, logo and typical publications, the organization's motto, organizational structure, office architecture and layout, communication culture, meeting culture, reward and punishment culture, or management methods. From this, we can see that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has a strong management culture characteristic of a basic research organization in social sciences and humanities. The topic addresses solutions for building a suitable management culture to fundamentally reform the management mechanism of science and technology in a way that is consistent with the market mechanism, the specifics of science and technology activities and international integration; creating motivation to promote the creativity of the science and technology staff; and improving the effectiveness of science and technology activities. 11. Practical application: It serves as a reference document for theoretical research serving the subject of Management Ethics Culture for undergraduate training in Management Science and master's training in Science and Technology Management. - It can be used in the process of science policy planning. 12. Summary of the findings of the thesis: The research question of the thesis is: “What are prime manifestations of management culture in science and technology organizations in Vietnam?” and "How does management culture of University of Social Sciences and Humanities differ from others?". The thesis has demonstrated the mentioned suppositions: Management culture is referred to a system of meanings, values ​​and beliefs, with different symbols, which individuals relating to management process consent and have considerable influences on how entire members of the organization behave to reach management objectives. When studying on culture management, it is necessary to consider components, including philosophy, espoused beliefs and values ​​and artifacts. From description on history and characteristics of S&T organizational system in Vietnam, it is clear that these organizations now base on 5 prime philosophies, espoused values ​​and artifacts shown by what have been done and limited. Management culture of USSH was recognized through artifacts such as slogan, mission, logo, structure, communications, meetings,... USSH has a strong culture. Factors impacting on forming process of management culture are: S&T human resources, characteristics of USSH human resources, characteristics of management staff. Some solutions on developing management culture for innovating management regime were proposed. 12.
