This thesis studies the system of symbols in Xuan Dieu's poetry, focusing on the four most representative symbols in his poems: the garden, spring, the moon, and the road. By examining these representative symbols in Xuan Dieu's poetry before the August Revolution, specifically through the two collections "Tho Tho" and "Gui Huong Cho Gio," we hope to gain a more comprehensive and accurate understanding and evaluation of the creative style of a poet at a crucial stage in his poetic career.
