Summary of the thesis results: Building and developing ethnic language radio programs is an important issue within the long-term information strategy aimed at improving the spiritual and material lives of ethnic minorities in Kon Tum. Ethnic language radio programs are the most effective and advantageous means of communication to provide information, knowledge, and disseminate the Party's guidelines, policies, and the State's laws to ethnic minorities. They contribute significantly to providing knowledge, raising the intellectual level of the ethnic minority public, and strengthening unity and consistency in ideology, politics, and spirit among the people. Within the scope of this Master's thesis, we have surveyed the entire content of radio programs in the Banahr, Jẻ Triêng, and Xê Đăng languages. From there, we analyze the role of the programs in the lives of the indigenous ethnic minorities in Kon Tum, the advantages they have achieved, as well as the shortcomings they currently have. This thesis aims to provide a direction for ethnic minority radio programs in Kon Tum that is appropriate to the current situation and keeps pace with modern broadcasting trends. Using research methods based on factual documents, we analyzed and identified the role, advantages, and disadvantages of Banahr, Jẻ Triêng, and Xê Đăng language radio programs on Kon Tum Radio and Television Station in terms of content, format, broadcast duration, structure, and program segments. 11. Practical Application: Delivering information to ethnic minority communities through ethnic minority radio programs is a highly practical and effective approach. With this research, we have established a comprehensive picture of ethnic minority radio broadcasting in Kon Tum. We offer several recommendations and solutions to enhance the role and effectiveness of Banahr, Xê Đăng, and Jẻ Triêng language radio programs in the lives of indigenous ethnic minorities in Kon Tum.

Summary of the findings of the thesis: Founding and developing radio programs in local language is an important part of the long-term information strategy to improve the physical and spiritual life of Kon Tum areas. Radio programs in local language is the most effective means of media to provide information, knowledge, policies of the Party, and Government laws to the regions in the country, playing an important role in providing and improving knowledge for the people of the minor ethnics, strengthening the solidarity and unity in political thoughts and spirits among the people. Within the limitation of this thesis for master's degree, by researching methods based on actual documents, we examine all of the radio programs in Banahr, Je Trieng and Xe Dang language in the content, form, broadcasting duration, structure style as well as the shows in the program. Thereby, we analyzed how the programs affected Kon Tum suffering in their lives, determined the pros and cons of the programs, then figured out a way to make those radio programs suitable with the reality situation and the modern radio trend 12. Possibility to apply the programs in reality: Providing information to the suffering through radio programs in local language is a very practical and effective move. Within the research direction, we recognized a general view about radio in Kon Tum local languages. By applying the survey results to the reality, we offered several suggestions and solutions to improve the role and the effectiveness of radio programs to Kon Tum's lives.
