Summary of the thesis results: From the past to the present, youth have always been considered the backbone of the country, the future of the nation and the happiness of each family. Historical practice has also proven that youth play a great role in the cause of building and defending the country. The strength and potential of youth have been recognized and highly appreciated by Ho Chi Minh. Based on the study of Marxism-Leninism's views on youth, through the practice of revolutionary struggles, through the experiences of his youth, Ho Chi Minh has put forward his own views on the role of youth in the Vietnamese revolution. From those viewpoints, the Communist Party of Vietnam has creatively applied the role of youth in the two resistance wars against France and the US to save the country, as well as in the period of building the country towards socialism, especially in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country from 2001 to 2010. The Party's guiding viewpoints have been concretized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union with practical actions, contributing to promoting the development of the youth movement. From 2001 to 2010, youth work and the Vietnamese youth movement achieved a number of achievements: The Communist Party of Vietnam issued many resolutions on youth work (Resolution No. 4-NQ/HNTU on youth work in the new period, Resolution No. 25-NQ/TU "On strengthening the Party's leadership over youth work in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization"...); Education and training of revolutionary ideals for young people are focused on; young people play a pioneering role in building the Fatherland; organizations such as the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union play a core role and actively contribute to the development of the youth movement; young people are increasingly worthy of being the future masters of the country. From the above results, some experiences have been drawn: The Party needs to attach importance to and regularly organize political theory and revolutionary tradition education for young people; the Party needs to properly assess the role and position of young people; the Party's correct revolutionary line is a factor that has a great influence on ideals and ambitions and plays a role in promoting the initiative and creativity of young people; based on the characteristics of young people, propose contents and methods of mobilization suitable to the requirements and tasks of young people; the Party needs to attach importance to the role of the Youth Union and Association organizations... Besides the achieved results, youth work during this period still has some limitations. To overcome these limitations, the following solutions need to be implemented: The Party needs to regularly innovate its leadership of the youth; socialize youth work; the most basic content of youth work is education and training; build and consolidate strong Youth Union and Association organizations... Doing a good job of youth work is one of the factors contributing to the successful implementation of the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country in the current period. 12. Summary of the findings of the thesis: Throughout the history, Vietnamese youth has been considered to be the mainstay of the country, the future of the nation and the happiness of every family. As demonstrated by, youth plays a major role practices in the cause of building and defending the country. Such power and potential of young people were recognized and highly appreciated by President Ho Chi Minh On the basis of the research of basic theoretical beliefs of Marxist-Leninist towards youth, through practice of revolutionary struggle, through his own experiences during, Ho Chi Minh stated his own ideas on the important role of the youth in the Vietnamese revolution. From those perspectives, the Communist Party of Vietnam has motivated and mobilized creatively the role of Vietnamese Youth in the two wars of saving the country and against the invasion of the French Colonist and the American Imperialist as well as in the construction phase of the country towards socialism, especially in the period of hurried industrialization and modernization of the country from 2001 to 2010. The perspectives of the Party were certified and concretized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union under practical actions, contributing to the development of the youth movement. From 2001 to 2010, the youth work and youth movements Vietnam gained some achievements such as Communist Party of Vietnam issued a number of resolutions on the youth work (resolution No 4-Resolutions/Natinal Congress on the youth work in the new period, the resolution No. 25 "On intensifying the leadership of the Party towards youth work in the period of speeding up the nation's industrialization and modernization"); the tasks of education and fostering the revolutionary ideals to youth were focused; youth played a leading role in the construction of the nation; organizations under the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union like the Vietnamese Youth Association had their core role and contributed actively to the development of the youth movement; young people more became more and more deserved to the role of the owner of the country's future. From the above results, a number of experiences have been drawn; it is essential for the Party to place an emphasis on and hold activities focusing on educating the youth political theory and revolutionary youth traditions; there is a need for the Party to truly appreciate the role, position of the youth; proper revolutionary guidelines of the Party serve as the most influential factor to the ideals, dreams and play an important role in promoting the activity, positivity and creativity of the youth; Based on the characteristics of young people the Party needs to set up the content and mode of movement in accordance with the requirements and tasks of the youth; the Party also needs to highly appreciate the role of the Youth organizations and Association as well. On the other hand, the youth work these days there are still a number of limitations ahead in spite of enormous achievements. To overcome the obstacles is necessary to implement the following measures: the Party needs to carry out its renewal of the leadership for the youth more regularly; also, there is a need to socialize youth work; the most basic youth work should be education and training; the building and strengthening the Youth Union Institutions must be focused in order to make them stronger. As well, the youth work is one of the key factors contributing to the successful implementation of the industrialization and modernization of the country in the current period. 12.
