The number of service types is increasing rapidly, from traditional services such as accommodation, food and beverage, and retail, to the expansion of new services such as passenger transport by electric vehicles and cyclos, and new forms of entertainment… in order to meet the needs of serving the large number of tourists visiting Cua Lo every year. Through various measures and policies such as ensuring food safety and hygiene, opening skills training classes, and implementing the "5 No's" commitment, the quality of tourism services has been improved, receiving positive reviews and high levels of satisfaction from tourists, with service quality increasing year after year. This is one of the ways to promote Cua Lo tourism. The quality of service has retained and attracted more and more tourists to Cua Lo. The increase in tourist numbers over the years has also led to a rise in revenue from tourism services and related activities. However, the development of tourism services in Cua Lo still faces some limitations, such as overcrowding during peak seasons and seasonality, which limits the full potential of Cua Lo tourism and reduces its effectiveness. Secondly, there are factors affecting the business of tourism services in Cua Lo. Many factors can influence the development of tourism services to varying degrees. Seasonality brings negative consequences: firstly, it causes uneven income distribution between months for businesses; secondly, it leads to overcrowding, resulting in substandard service quality at certain times; and thirdly, the limited number of business months per year prevents the effective exploitation of tourism potential for higher economic growth. The impact on each type of service varies depending on the investment capital required. The degree of impact also differs between long-established and newly established businesses. Finally, there are the consequences of tourism service development on the local socio-economic landscape. Firstly, for the local economy as a whole, the tourism service business has become a relatively lucrative industry for the people, contributing to an increase in per capita income and the overall economy of the town. The development of tourism services also helps other industries develop by providing products and labor to tourism service businesses or related activities. For households, tourism services have provided a primary source of income, with high profits that have increased over the years. With the local labor structure, the development of tourism services has created many jobs for the people annually, and the proportion of workers in the service and tourism sectors has increased. However, the seasonality of tourism means that the quality of labor in this sector is still not high, and people have a lot of free time that is not being utilized, leading to a waste of labor. The consequences of tourism service development on the environment in Cua Lo are evident in two aspects. Simultaneously, the study offers recommendations to relevant authorities and local people, especially tourism service businesses, to further improve tourism services and meet the increasingly high demands of tourists. These research results can contribute to providing managers and policymakers with a more specific perspective to develop appropriate and sustainable plans and solutions for tourism and marine tourism development. 12. It must mention infrastructure investment into tourist area and create a good condition for business households feel secure to work and trade in effectively. Besides, people's demand of tourism more and more increasing is also element effecting strongly tourist service development because it directly refers to business households' for these service forms. The next, seasonality brings negative impact. Firstly, it makes their incomes among months not be equitable, secondly, it causes the status overloaded, leading service quality at some points not to be as expectation and thirdly, the business made in several months in each year orders tourist potentiality not to be exploited effectively for higher economic growth. Household economic element has a variety of effects on each service form that investment in every form is different. Impact level also shows difference between senior business household and new ones. Finally, an impact of tourist development for local's society and economy. Firstly, for local's general economy, tourist service business has become high income business for inhabitant, then it contributes to increasing per capita income and general economy for the whole Town. Developed tourist service also helps other lines grow owning to supplying product and labor for tourist service business bases or tourist serving activities. For household business, tourist service business has brought main revenue source, high profit and increased in years. With local's labor structure, thanks to tourist service development, it creates more jobs for inhabitants every year and labor rate in the service, tourism also increases. However, tourist seasonality makes labor quality in this industry not high; inhabitant's free time is much but not mobilized, wasting labor. For environment, tourist service development helps environmental sanitation take more care, inhabitant's awareness is improved more, and that contributes to keeping environment fresh and green for tourist area, environmental landscape is bettered. Yet, its negative impact and great affect on human ecology is that volume of sewage, waste into environment from tourist business bases, from serving great quantity of tourists is not strictly processed, causing harmful effect on inhabitant's health and ecological environment. In summary, Development of Cua Lo sea tourist service system brings positive impacts but still exists some limits in need of overcoming so that it develops sustainably in the future. 11.
