Summary of the results of the thesis: The topic has aimed to solve the research questions on the characteristics of the development of sea tourism services in Cua Lo today, some factors affecting that development and its consequences for the local socio-economy. First of all, about the characteristics of the development of sea tourism services in Cua Lo: currently, there is a rapid and strong development. The number of service types is increasing rapidly from traditional service types such as accommodation, food and beverage, sales and expanding new service types such as passenger transport by electric car, cyclo, new types of entertainment... to meet the needs of serving the large number of tourists coming to Cua Lo every year. Through many measures and policies such as ensuring food hygiene and safety, opening skill training courses, implementing the "5 no" commitment... the quality of tourism services has been improved, well-rated by tourists and has a high level of satisfaction, the quality of services is higher year after year. This is one of the ways to promote Cua Lo tourism. It is the quality of the service that has retained and attracted more and more tourists to Cua Lo. It is also because the number of visitors has increased over the years that has helped increase revenue from tourism services and tourism activities. However, the development of tourism services in Cua Lo still has some limitations such as overloading during peak season, seasonality makes the potential of Cua Lo tourism exploited less, not very effective. The second is about the factors affecting tourism services business in Cua Lo. There are many factors that can have different levels of influence on the development of tourism services. In particular, for Cua Lo, there are some outstanding factors such as local tourism service development policies, people's tourism needs, seasonality and household business economy. Thanks to early and correct determination of development as the spearhead of the local economy, authorities at all levels have had many policies and strategies to help the town's tourism develop more and more. It is necessary to mention the investment in infrastructure for tourist areas, the creation of favorable conditions for service businesses by signing contracts to rent premises, means, support in terms of skills training... to help businesses feel secure in doing business and doing business effectively. The demand for tourism of people is increasing along with the development of socio-economic life, and this has a profound impact on the development of tourism services because it is directly related to the revenue of households operating these types of services. Seasonality brings negative impacts, firstly, it makes the income between months of business households uneven, secondly, it is the overload situation leading to the quality of service at some times not being as expected and thirdly, the business in few months in a year makes the tourism potential not be exploited effectively for higher economic growth. Household economy has different impacts on each type of service in that the investment capital for each type is different. The level of impact also shows the difference between long-standing and new businesses. Finally, it is about the consequences of tourism service development on the socio-economy of the locality. First of all, for the local economy, tourism services have become a profession that generates a good income for the people, thereby contributing to increasing the average income per capita and the general economy of the whole town. The development of tourism services also helps other professions develop by providing products and labor for tourism service businesses or tourism service activities. For households, tourism services have brought in the main source of income, high profits and increased over the years. With the local labor structure, thanks to the development of tourism services, more jobs have been created for the people every year and the labor rate in the service and tourism industries has increased. However, the seasonality of tourism makes the quality of labor in this industry still low, people's free time is still high but not mobilized, causing waste of labor. And the consequences of tourism service development on the environment in Cua Lo are shown in two aspects. Firstly, it helps to pay more attention to environmental sanitation, raise awareness of local people and tourists, and that contributes to maintaining a clean and beautiful environment for the tourist area, and improving the environmental landscape. However, the negative consequences and having a great impact on the environment are the amount of waste and waste discharged into the environment from tourist service establishments, from serving a large number of tourists that have not been thoroughly treated, affecting the health of local people and the ecological environment. However, tourist seasonality makes labor quality in this industry not high; inhabitant's free time is much but not mobilized, wasting labor. For environment, tourist service development helps environmental sanitation take more care, inhabitant's awareness is improved more, and that contributes to keeping environment fresh and green for tourist area, environmental landscape is bettered. Yet, its negative impact and great affect on human ecology is that volume of sewage, waste into environment from tourist business bases, from serving great quantity of tourists is not strictly processed, causing harmful effect on inhabitant's health and ecological environment. In summary, Development of Cua Lo sea tourist service system brings positive impacts but still exists some limits in need of overcoming so that it develops sustainably in the future. 11.
