10. Summary of thesis results:

After the local Party Committee was established (1930), the struggle of the people of Bac Ninh entered a new period of development. It merged with the general movement of the whole country, overcoming all difficulties to fight against French colonialism and feudalism, and gain national independence.

Through the struggles in the years 1930-1931; 1931, 1935, 1936-1939, from the end of 1939, the revolutionary movement of the people of Bac Ninh changed dramatically. During the revolutionary movement period 1939-1945, Bac Ninh became a strategic area, connecting the Central Safe Zone to Hanoi and the entire Red River Delta.

With a new political base and consolidated ministries, the people of Bac Ninh, along with the whole region and the whole country, went through a period of partial uprisings, moving towards a general uprising in the August Revolution of 1945.

The victory of the August Revolution in 1945 in the locality in particular and the whole country in general opened a new period of development for the history of Bac Ninh.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

After the local party of the Communist Party of Vietnam had been founded (1930), the struggle of the people of Bacninh entered a new stage of development. Together with the national movement, it overcame all the difficulties to fight against the French colonialist and the feudalism of Vietnam for the national independence.

After experiencing the struggles of the years: 1930-1931, 1931, 1935 and 1936 -1939, by the end of 1939, the revolutionary movement of Bac Ninh people changed dramatically. During the revolutionary campaign from 1939 to 1945, Bacninh was the strategic area which connected the Safety Zone to Hanoi and the whole Red River Delta.

Thanks to a new political base and the strengthening of the Communist Party, the people of Bac Ninh, together with people in the whole country, went through the period of partial uprising towards the general uprising in the August Revolution of 1945.

In short, the successes of the August Revolution in Bac Ninh as well as in the whole nation opened up a new development for the history of Bac Ninh.
