10. Summary of the thesis results:
The subject of legal sociology is very important for the sociology and law majors. Completing this course helps law students develop the skills to apply legal sociology knowledge to analyze and evaluate the situation, reality, and nature of legal events and phenomena occurring in legal life; to form and strengthen the skills to flexibly use sociological tools (steps in conducting an investigation, methods of information gathering, etc.) to understand, research, and clarify legal issues during their studies and professional work after graduation; and to cultivate the ability to be serious, independent, and creative in their studies and professional work, and to apply an interdisciplinary scientific approach in scientific research.
The thesis has clarified the following issues:
- To assess the position and status of the subject of Sociology of Law within the framework of the Bachelor of Law training program.
- To assess the expected roles of students, lecturers, and training organizations regarding the sociology of law subject within the Bachelor of Laws curriculum framework.
- The subjective and objective roles (influencing factors) of legal sociology in the training of Bachelor of Law students.
