10. Summary of the thesis results:

Through specific research, this thesis aims to contribute to providing a scientific basis and arguments regarding tourism motivations. It provides an overview of trends, preferences, and tourism motivations among students in Hanoi; documenting the attitudes of young people towards tourism. Simultaneously, it aims to apply these findings to various sectors involved in tourism, specifically: sales and marketing, operations, tour guiding, and tourism service providers at destinations... so that solutions can be applied to their activities and meet customer needs most effectively, regardless of the field. The thesis collected and processed data from students studying in Hanoi to analyze, evaluate, and select data for use in the thesis.

Based on the analysis of the current situation, combined with scientific theoretical basis, the thesis has made recommendations and proposals for 04 areas and subjects: (1) Tourism companies; (2) Tour guides; (3) Tourism service providers at destinations; (4) Youth Union - Student Association organizations.

Having a brief overview of the trends, interests and motivations of students in Hanoi; recognize the attitudes of young people to tourism. At the same time to apply for the parts involved in tourism, such as: sales - marketing, operating, guidance, suppliers of travel services in the destination ... so that every field has the solution to apply to that activity to meet the needs of customers in the most effective way. The thesis has collected and processed data from students studying in Hanoi to analyze, evaluate and select data used in the thesis.
