10. Summary of the thesis results:
The thesis begins by introducing related concepts and terms (keywords) such as the concept of culture; cultural exchange; what is cultural globalization... providing a brief overview of the process of Sino-Vietnamese cultural exchange from ancient times to the present day. Following this, the thesis analyzes the specific manifestations and content of Sino-Vietnamese cultural exchange over the past 25 years (since normalization). Cultural exchange in general, as well as Sino-Vietnamese cultural exchange in particular, takes place in many areas of life, having a profound influence and impact on the lives of the people of both countries. However, we have only highlighted the most important exchange activities, which are also the key areas of exchange and cooperation such as broadcasting, film, and television; tourism; education and training; and science and technology. Literature, art, etc. The achievements made over the past 25 years and the prospects for future development of Sino-Vietnamese cultural exchange are the clearest evidence supporting this assertion.
Besides significant achievements in educational cooperation and exchange, other exchange activities such as tourism exchanges, cooperation, and exchanges; trade fairs and exhibitions; sports and activities of mass organizations, most notably the annual friendship exchange between the youth of the two countries... have all made great contributions to strengthening and developing cultural exchange in particular and Sino-Vietnamese relations in general.
The thesis also objectively assessed and commented on the Sino-Vietnamese cultural exchange relationship since normalization. In addition to the achievements, we still need to pay close attention to the limitations and shortcomings that are hindering the friendly Sino-Vietnamese relationship. These include the "serious" imbalance in Sino-Vietnamese cultural exchange; the issue of political trust leading to a loss of trust in exchanges and cooperation; and the harmful effects of illegal activities, etc.
Finally, the thesis offers several recommendations to promote Sino-Vietnamese cultural exchange, such as accelerating the establishment of cultural representative offices in both countries; accelerating cooperation in science and technology, especially cooperation between cultural industries.
Cultural exchange in general, and Sino-Vietnamese cultural exchange in particular, is a very significant issue both scientifically and practically. Therefore, in future research, we hope to further delve into this topic and explore it more comprehensively, such as the issue of cultural soft power in the context of globalization, the issue of resolving historical disagreements, etc.

Thesis was opened with the introduction of the concept of terms related cultural concepts, Cultural Exchange, what is Cultural globalization... introduction process of cultural exchanges China - Vietnam from ancient times to modern times today. However, we have only mentioned activities are the most important exchanges as well as exchanges and cooperation in key areas such as radio-TV-film; travel; director of education-training; science Technology; literature and art, etc. The achievements during the past 25 years and prospects for development of cultural exchanges China - Vietnam in the future is the clearest evidence for this claim.
