Thesis researches social work activities with disabled children at the Thuy An Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children - Ba Vi - Hanoi. The study evaluates the current status of activities to support disabled children in a professional and positive direction of social work at the center, pointing out subjective and objective factors affecting the model of social work with disabled children at the Thuy An Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children. The study applies document analysis research methods and interview methods to learn and evaluate the current status of the needs of disabled children at the center. From the results obtained, the study proposes recommendations and solutions to promote more effective professional social work activities in caring for and helping disabled children at the center..At the same time, the study also aims to propose effective measures on organizational mechanisms and methods of operation to promote the development of these activities, enhance the quality of social work models, socialize and mobilize the participation of the entire community and society in caring for and promoting the role of children with disabilities in life.
11. Practical application:
Centralized and private rehabilitation centers and social workers working in the field of rehabilitation for disabled children in those centers can use the recommendations proposed in the thesis in the process of assisting the disabled. At the same time, realizing the importance of social work activities in the centers also brings job opportunities for many students majoring in social work after graduation.
12. Further research directions:
Expand the scope of research on measures to implement the roles of professional social workers to improve the effectiveness of social work activities for children with disabilities in private foster care centers.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The thesis focuses on social work practices with the children with disabilities in the rehabilitation center for disabled children in Thuy An, Ba Vi district, Ha Noi. This research aims at investigating the current situation on supporting children with disabilities professionally and actively in this center. It applies the research methods of document analysis, semi-structured interviews in order to identify and evaluate the social needs by disabled children in the center. From such findings, this research proposes the suggestions and solutions for developing the social work professionally and successfully on supporting children with disabilities in the social work centers. In addition, this thesis advocates the proposals about the specific solutions on organizing, support models, quality promotion of such professional practices, and motivation of social resources and social contributions on supporting children with disabilities and encouraging the inclusion for children with disabilities.
11. Usability in Practice:
The rehabilitation centers are supporting children with disabilities which are able to apply the thesis suggestions in order to promote the social supports for children with disabilities. At the same time, the promotion of social work practices in such centers will also bring more benefits for social work graduated students.

Expanding the research scope on promoting the role of social workers professionally in social work activities for disabled children in the private caring centers.
