The thesis has pointed out two trends currently taking place in fast food restaurants in general and Lotteria brand restaurants in particular, which are globalization and localization trends and customers' reception of these trends.

Chapter 1 focuses on an overview of research documents, presents theoretical basis and outlines a model of fast food in the world.

Chapter 2 presents and analyzes the birth and development of the Lotteria restaurant system in the world and in Vietnam.

Chapter 3 is an analysis and explanation of the "localization" process and the reception of Lotteria restaurant by Vietnamese customers.
